what are meaningful actions that humans can take in order to be more sustainable as a country?
Here at The Overpopulation Project, we endeavour to go along a positive outlook. Although many environmental trends are grim, at that place exist clear paths forward toward a more sustainable world: one where people steward resources for the time to come and share habitat and resources generously with other species.
Recently, a contributor wrote challenging united states of america to identifysolutions to the demographic and environmental bug we write about. Nosotros appreciate the reminder to remain forrard looking and in response share the ideas below. Obviously, no 1 person or organization can cover all these efforts. Simply each of united states can do something and together nosotros can create a sustainable world.
These are personal and policy suggestions that we and others study. Some points are obvious, others adequately well established, but all need more than research. If you are a scientist or scholar, one of the most of import actions to have is to address population matters in your research, or bring together other researchers who are doing so.
What suggestions would you add or take off this list? Which ideas demand farther inquiry? We would honey to hear from you!
